My skin is clear but dull and grey, why and what can I do to improve it?
I can’t tell you how many times I get asked about dull and grey skin! Unfortunately, it is one of the common causes in ageing skin. Other contributing factors include dehydration, a build-up of dead skin cells, and dryness. Whilst this all looks like doom and gloom; the good news is that it is easily fixed. Here are my top tips to rejuvenate dull and grey skin.
- A good dry face brush, this exfoliates the skin without the harsh chemicals and will remove build-up and dead skin. Try the Rohr Remedy Face Brush.
- Cleanse your face with cold water. Hot water can strip natural oils and leave the face red. A cold-water cleanse will reduce puffiness and inflammation and stimulate the skin.
- A rich face moisturiser will repair and protect the skin barrier, locking in hydration and in return will leave skin soft and supple. Try the Lilly Pilly & Omega 3 Face Moisturiser
- Use face oil before bed. This is something I swear by and changed my skin. A good face oil seals in moisture and delivers key nutrients straight to your skin providing the ultimate combination of hydration and highlighting. Try the Boab & Rosehip Oil.
